I had never played volleyball until I met Tishan, but within a few sessions I progressed immensely and was hooked. Her yoga classes helped me improve my flexibility, balance and coordination which shows in my martial arts training.

I thought I had my apartment in order and have had a weekly cleaner for the past five years but Tishan deep cleaned every nook and cranny with such care and love like I've never seen. She re-organised my entire linen cupboard, wardrobe (containing an extensive collection of jackets, shirts and pants), and bathroom drawers. What a wonderful feeling to walk into such a calm space!
