Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services.
General
All required materials will be supplied as part of your session.
A waiver form and full payment must be completed digitally prior to the commencement of any booking.
Booking Confirmation & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee of $50 is required to secure all appointments.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than one (1) hour prior to the scheduled session start time, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.
Attendance & Late Arrivals
Clients are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions.
Late arrivals will not result in an extension of the scheduled session duration.
Full session fees remain applicable regardless of reduced participation time due to late arrival.
